I was searching today on flickr for photos of Pullman, Washington, and what's the first thing I see but another one of these Coke signs of a photo of the Pullman district of Chicago.
Shawn Wolfe, I'd meant to mention something about the building construction. It's definitely the first time I'd photographed something like this in its original wooden state. There seem to be way more wooden buildings (sometimes quite large) out west than I ever saw in the midwest. I wonder if weather conditions are a factor, or if it's just more related to the rapid growth and quick construction that happened out here.
